How many revisions can I request on the project?
Our process is structured to ensure the project moves forward with clarity and efficiency from day one. That’s why we do detailed briefings and pre-alignments to minimize unnecessary changes.
The project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions, as long as the changes align with the initially approved brief.
These revisions are more than enough in practice for visual refinements, content adjustments, and final tweaks.
If additional changes are requested outside the scope or after the revision limit, they’ll be quoted separately with full transparency and your prior approval.

What are the payment methods?
Payments for services can be made upfront or in installments, based on the terms agreed in the commercial proposal.
We currently accept:
Full payment via PayPal or Wise for promotional pricing (when applicable).
Credit card via Stripe with installment options (subject to processing fees).
Deadlines, amounts, and installment terms are set before the project starts and formalized in the contract or approved proposal.
Project kickoff is conditional on confirmation of the first payment or installment, as agreed.

What's the estimated delivery time for my site?
Delivery timeline is defined based on project scope and formalized in the approved proposal and contract.
As general reference:
Landing pages: average of 2-7 business days
Institutional websites: average of 7-20 business days
Timeline starts counting from initial payment confirmation, brief approval, and receipt of all required materials.
If there are delays in content delivery, approvals, or out-of-scope change requests, the schedule may be adjusted proportionally.
